Discussion: The low-pressure system to our south will move northeast and weaken overnight. This will bring increasing cloud cover but no precip is expected. High pressure will build briefly Wednesday bringing stable weather in the morning. A strong weather system will approach the NW coast by Thursday night.

Discussion: High pressure will slowly build overnight Tuesday bringing a nicer day for Wednesday. The overall weather pattern for the Cascades will still be unstable as a strong jet stream moves a low pressure system to our south and another low moves to the north on Wednesday. An occasional shower will still be possible Wednesday.
Ext: The jet steam will slowly move closer to the NW by the end of the weak bringing another strong weather system into the Cascades.

Unstable air behind the front that passed thru the Cascades Monday morning will keep showers possible with snow levels below Pass level thru Tuesday morning. High pressure will move into the Cascades from the south Tuesday afternoon bringing clearing skies and rising temps.
