The Forecast: Another
bluebird day with temperatures recovering near 30f. This dry and mostly clear weather will
continue through the end of the week.
The Science:
The ridge of high pressure parked over
the PNW will continue to split or block any incoming moisture from making it to
the mountains. Southerly flow will slowly
erode the cold air along the eastern slopes over the next 24+ hours. This will
push freezing levels up, thus watch for +-5000’ freezing levels by Friday.
Long
Range. The next chance of measurable snow will be late
Saturday night into Sunday.
Confidence: Good.
Values from 4am today through 4am
tomorrow.
