The Forecast: The snow will diminish to light intermitted showers today
and then pick up again tonight. Snow continues
through the weekend.
The Science: The Puget Sound Convergence zone produced early
this morning. The precipitation is drying
up with only a few scattered showers left in the Stevens Pass convergence zone.
The next push of moisture arrives tonight with
another round of snow for Stevens Pass. Unstable NW flow will continue through the
weekend. There will be a spike in
temperatures tomorrow as a warm front pushes through.
Long Range. The snow will linger into Monday morning with
them middle of next week drying out.
