Well that question depends on who, what or where you are. If you are a Osprey on the Wenatchee River, you have arrived a few weeks early - extra time to spruce up the nest for the kids. If you are Flowing Dogwood in Seatlle you have your spring leaves already-you might flower to early and not get pollenated, but hey, life is good for now. If you are a skiier wanting steep and deep powder you may consider going to the California Alpine. Corey says its awesome.
Stong El Nino for the NW means warmer than normal temperatures and below average precipiation.
