General Discussion: Bands of moisture will continue to produce snow showers through the central Cascades today.
Long-term: East/off shore flow will push moisture west of the mountains tomorrow afternoon. This will result in a dry Thursday night and Friday. A system tracking up the Californian/Oregon coast, will bring a chance of some more snow over the weekend.
TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: Passing snow showers will continue over the Cascades today and part of tomorrow. Dry conditions will follow Thursday night and Friday.
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will stick around 2000’ for the next few days. Cold air from the interior NE will keep surface temps near or below 20f degrees.
Winds: East flow will develop tonight and strengthen tomorrow.
