STEVENS PASS MOUNTAIN WEATHER

3/31/2012 Weather

General Discussion: Looks like we might dodge the rain today thanks to east flow, but I wouldn’t completely rule it out just yet. An approaching cold front will keep snow showers pumping through the mountains for the rest of the weekend. Note wind advisory below.

Long-term: A strong warm front drives another storm in on Monday. This storm gets warmer with every model run, so the possibility of heavy rain will be in the next few discussions. The air mass turns cool and unsettled for the second half of the week with isolated snow showers likely.
