General Discussion: Radar shows light snow showers behind this morning’s front. The winds should also mellow out as the day progresses. A strong warm front hits the coast tomorrow which will produce rapidly rising freezing levels for the mountains. The rain is expected to be confined to the coast tomorrow but makes its way to the mountains on Tuesday.

Long-term: Cooler air moves in after Tuesday with light snow showers and sun breaks for the remainder of the week.

Freezing levels will fall throughout the day and remain low through the night. Temperatures will then rapidly rise tomorrow with freezing levels topping out near +-6500’ by closing tomorrow.

Winds will taper off and shift easterly overnight. Southerly flow aloft with east flow at the surface will develop tomorrow.
