Stevens Pass Mountain Weather

The approaching cold front is expected to make land fall sometime tonight. Expect enhance precipitation as the front enters the mountains.  Once the front move east of the crest, freezing levels will begin to fall to around 3500'.   Freezing levels on Friday could even dip below 3000' for a short period. Temperatures will return to seasonal norms for the next 6-10 days.

The precipitation will turn showery tomorrow and slowly dissipate on Friday.    The weekend appears to be dryer but the atmosphere will remain unstable due to another approaching system.
