Mountain Weather Forecast - Time: 0945

Discussion: A warm front followed by a cold front will produce snow and rising freezing levels today. The precipitation will change to showers once the cold front passes the Cascade Crest tonight.

Long-term: Tuesday and Wednesday will be snowy with a switch to light snow showers and some possible sunshine wrapping up the week.

Trend and Timing:
The snow will become wet as the temperature rises through the day. The precipitation will change to light showers with the passing of the cold front late today with some clearing tonight.
