MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

Time and Day: 0900 Tuesday.

The Snapshot: I guess spring arrived during my absence.  Abundant sunshine and warm temperatures will grace the Cascade Mountains for the next few days.  Clouds move in with a chance of some light precipitation towards the end of the week.

The Science:  Building high pressure will produce clear and dry weather for the next few days.   The high pressure flattens and sags south towards the end of the week. This will allow some moisture (possibly snow) to make it to the mountains on Friday.

4-7day Long Range:  High pressure rebounds on Saturday for a dry and sunny weekend.
