MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST
Time and Day: 0900 Saturday
The Snapshot: Nice alpenglow on the mountains this morning,
don’t-ya think? Clouds will move in later
today with a chance of some light snow tonight.
The sun returns tomorrow for a few days of spring like weather.
The Science: A weak system tracking across the
northern portion of the state will drop some light snow on Stevens Pass tonight. The high pressure ridge reforms tomorrow for
a few days of dry and warmer weather.
4-7day Long Range: A large low pressure system developing offshore will begin to send wet
systems into the region starting on Tuesday.
The rest of the week will be active with a chance of rain and snow
throughout.
