MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST
Time and Day: 0900 Tuesday
The Snapshot: Today will be another beautiful spring day. The corn snow is shaping quite nicely.
The Science: This melt freeze pattern will continue for the
next few days as the high pressure ridge strengthens. High clouds begin to move in tomorrow in reaction
to a low pressure cell approaching the
coast. Things begin to get stir up by the end of the week with snow likely on
Friday.
4-7day Long Range: This weekend will be wet with mixed snow and rain likely. A strong high pressure cell tracking north on
Monday will bring more warm and sunny weather to the PNW. Freezing levels could climb to near 10,000’
by the middle of next week.
