MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

The Snapshot:  High clouds are developing today with a chance of light rain tomorrow.  Beautiful dry early fall weather will return for the weekend.

The Science:   A weak trough is expected to track south through the region tomorrow bringing a chance some light rain to the mountains.  Strong offshore flow develops on Saturday producing dry but windy conditions for Stevens Pass through the weekend.

Long Range:  Next week starts out dry and warm.  Long range models have a system tracking up from the southwest starting late Wednesday.  The work week could end warm and rainy.
