Time and Day: 0700 Wednesday
The Snapshot: A drying trend will begin
today and last through the upcoming weekend.
The Science: Pressure gradients will
weaken today as the low-pressure system
off the Oregon coast drifts south. High pressure building over the intermountain
west will set up a split flow/blocking pattern for the PNW. Cooler air will also begin to sink in during
the next few days, lowering freezing levels back down to around 2000’.
Long
Range: Dry, clearer and cooler weather can be expected for the next 3-5 days.

Tomorrow’s 24hr Water = 0 Snow

Trend and Timing:
A few remnant snow showers, mainly east of the crest,
will be possible today. Mostly dry for
the remainder of the week.
