MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

The Snapshot:  Welcome April. Another warm and sunny day for the mountains.  Use sun protection.

The Science:  Some say it was “hot” yesterday with temperatures topping 600 in the sun.  Today and tomorrow will be the same as high pressure continues to dominate the weather pattern. 

The Long Range:  High clouds will move in tomorrow night in response to a low-pressure trough, with and embedded cold front, approaching the coast.   Monday will be rainy with some snow possible on Tuesday.   High pressure returns on Wednesday for more warm, dry and clear weather to end the first week of April.
