Sky: Lifting clouds with breaks beginning
Radar: Dissipating precipitation and cloud layers

The Forecast: There will be little additional snow accumulation expected for the rest of the day.  Tomorrow a strong warm front will bring a short period of moderate rain below 5000’.   Friday will be mostly dry with partial clearing.   

Long Range: Cooler with light snow showers are expected on Saturday with another system (snow) developing for Sunday.   
  
The Science:  A strong tightly packed, fast moving low pressure system will track up the PNW coast tomorrow.  This will bring a spike in freezing levels and a short lived dose of rain.   The good news is that this is fast moving with a cold front hot heals.  Cooler upper air, accompanied by a ridge of high pressure will produce a dry day on Friday. We might even get a glimpse of the sun.
