The Forecast: Inversion conditions continue today and Monday with locally cool temperatures, east winds, and intermittent fog layers. As the inversion layer ebbs and flows, clear skies and periods of above freezing temperatures can be expected.

Long Range:  The high pressure begins to break down Tuesday, with a weak frontal system approaching Wednesday. Active weather returns for the end of the week with snow levels looking close to seasonal norms.

 highlights the current inversion conditions with Paradise (Mt. Rainier) reaching 47 degrees yesterday! High pressure remains anchored over the PNW today, with east flow thru the passes providing another day of locally cool temps with warm air aloft.
