The Science: There
is activity out along the coast so partly cloudy condition will persist today
and tomorrow. The weekend will be mostly
clear with east flow holding temperatures in the mid to upper 40’s.
A high pressure system,
centered over the intermountain west (southern Idaho), will strengthen and
block any moisture trying to make its way east.
This pattern is expected to last well into next week. Warmer air will begin to invade with warm
daytime temperatures and cool early morning lows. Seattle could see temperatures near 70 over
the weekend.
