The Science:  The high pressure building over the inland NW and the low pressure churning in the Gulf of Alaska, is the driving force for the warm air streaming up from the south.  The mid to upper level cloud deck will begin to slowly dissipate as the atmosphere continues to stabilize over the next few days.  

The next chance of moisture is expected to arrive mid-week with questionable freezing levels.
