Radar: Washington State is mostly dry with the leading edge of the approaching weather off of the Oregon Coast.

The Forecast: Increasing clouds today with light mixed rain and snow tonight. Mostly cloudy and misty might be the best way to describe tomorrow. 

Long Range:  Sunday will be mostly dry with sun breaks.  Next week will start out soggy with the rest of the week trending dry.  
  
The Science: The main energy of the approaching frontal system is tracking into Northern California/Oregon.  The attached occluded front stretching into the PNW waters, will swing inland tonight with a little moisture for the mountains.  Cool air will fill in behind the front dropping freezing levels to +- 4000’ by early tomorrow morning.   Seasonal warming will allow daytime temperatures to recover into the mid to upper 30’s. 

A weak high pressure ridge, between systems, will provide a partly sunny day on Sunday with a warm front lifting up from the south on Monday.
