Discussion: High pressure will bring warm sunny weather to the Cascades for most of the weekend.
Long-term models show the high pressure weakening late Sunday. This will allow another NW flow to develop to produce a cool and wet week ahead.

TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: 0
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will rise to near 7000’ this afternoon and push even higher tomorrow. Freezing levels will stay above the pass level until late Sunday.
Winds: An east flow will develop over night as the meat of the warm front approaches the crest. East wind could be gusty tomorrow morning. Winds should taper and swing to a light southerly flow by tomorrow afternoon.
