Freezing levels: Freezing levels will trend up from 500’ to 2000’ today. East flow will keep surface temperatures low through tomorrow. Winds: East flow will hold steady until tomorrow afternoon when a light westerly will swing in. East flow is expected to re-establish on Thursday.
