TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: These bands do not have a whole lot of moisture in them, so not a huge snow producer. However, we should get a few inches every day, which will add up to some good skiing. A weak convergence this evening could bump up snow totals an inch or two.
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will stick around pass level until tomorrow afternoon. Freezing will then drop in the wake of a stronger cold front. Freezing levels could get dip below 1000’ on Thursday.
Winds: Gusty frontal winds are possible this afternoon. It will be possible to get some gust above 30mph this evening. Winds should taper over night and shift SW tomorrow.
