Hey - Not doing a formal forecast today - day off. But, east flow saved the day again - Yeh. Still expecting freezing levels to rise to 4500' or so today. A stationary low just off the coast will spin bands of moisture into the PNW for the next 34-48 hours - still need to watch the freezing levels right at the pass as well.
The climate is in its seasonal shift pattern so it will be a mixed bag of weather until it figures out that it wants to be spring.
