Long-term models show the high pressure combined with offshore flow holding off the approaching systems until the middle of the week.

TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: The light snow flurries currently falling will taper off today. Dry conditions will prevail through the weekend.
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will remain below pass level through Saturday, however, due to clear skies there will be a large diurnal swing in surface temperature for the next few days. Freezing levels will rise above 5000’ on Sunday/Monday.
Winds: Winds will swing North then East today. East flow will strengthen through tomorrow.
