Diurnal Pattern

 Jack's asked if we were going to go into a  "diurnal" pattern. 

Fancy word for a 24 hour period.  Diuranl pertains to actions or events that occur during a twenty-four hour cycle or recurs every twenty-four hours. Meteorological elements that are measured diurnally include clouds, precipitation, pressure, relative humidity, temperature, and wind.

In snow terms that translates to melf- freeze cycle - watch for that potential this week.
