General Discussion: A cold front driving in from the NW will bring another round of precipitation today and tomorrow.
Long-term: The precipitation will begin to taper off Wednesday afternoon as the atmosphere begins to stabilize. Thursday and Friday look dry for now.
TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: Rain will slowly change to snow during the next 24hrs. Moderate snow will fall tomorrow with convergence conditions possible during the afternoon.
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will drop below pass level sometime around 4am tomorrow morning. Freezing levels will continue to drop during the day.
Winds: Light east flow will develop today. Westerly flow will override east flow after the cold front moves through early tomorrow morning. jdm
