General Discussion: Light snow showers and lowering freezing levels will follow a cold front today. There might even be a sun break or two this afternoon.
Long-term: This intermittent snow showers pattern will continue for the next few days. Another, more organized system, is expected to bring more snow late Friday and or Saturday. Sunday/Monday look dry at this point.
TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: Intermittent snow showers will continue through Friday with just a few inches possible each day.
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will fall today to around 2500’. Freezing levels are expected to remain below pass level through Saturday.
Winds: East flow will swing west today in the wake of the cold front. It will be possible to receive a period of gusty winds today as the front passes through.
