General Discussion: A low pressure system, stalled off the Washington coast, will continue to spin light snow showers through the PNW mountains today.
Long-term: The next 2-4 days will be relatively dry with a few bands of snow showers, heavy at times, passing through the mountains. An overall drying trend will continue to progress next week.
TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: Radar currently shows a few showers moving through the state today.
Freezing levels: Freezing levels will remain low today. However sun breaks will push surface temperature to near freezing.
Winds: East flow will strengthen today. Ridge top east winds could be gusty and brisk at time tomorrow.
