24HR FORECAST starting at NOON today

Water - .10  Snow - trace
Freezing Levels - 2500' rising to 3000'

General Discussion: A weak cold front that passed through early this morning will leave in its wake, a few scattered snow showers and some sunshine.

Long-term: Weak disturbances will continue to affect the PNW through the week. A more organized system is developing for the weekend that could bring another round of snow to the mountains.

TRENDS AND TIMING
Precipitation: Upper level ridging will allow just a few light snow showers to lurk around the Cascade Crest today and tomorrow.

Freezing levels: Freezing levels will stay low through tomorrow. Clearing tonight could allow temperatures to dip into the middle to low teens. Warming will occur tomorrow evening with freezing levels rising to pass level.

Winds: Light westerly flow will shift easterly tomorrow morning. East flow will strengthen tomorrow evening.
