Even though there are no winter storms to watch pound the mountains,
there is a major weather event happening out yonder on the coast. A very strong storm is tracking up the Oregon coast
today and is expected to impact the Puget Sound region later today. Another strong frontal sytem will take a
similar path with similar results tomorrow.
Models have 60-80knot (hurricane force) southerly winds, with torrential
rain. 25" seas are being reported.
