MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

Stevens Pass Mountain Weather Forecast
Day and Time: 0830 Saturday

The Weekend Update:

High pressure over the PNW will dominate the weather pattern through the middle of next week. Therefore expect mostly clear and seasonally warm weather through at least Tuesday.

Freezing level/temperatures will slowly rise over the next few days as a warm airmass drifts in from the southwest.  There will be an east flow/ temperature inversion in effect through Monday. Temperatures will drop below freezing during the early morning hours so watch out for slippery roads.

Long range outlook:   The high pressure begins to weaken and drift east on Tuesday. This will open the door for a few disturbances to track in.  Rain is likely during this period with freezing levels in the 5-6500’ range.
