with a few passing snow showers possible. Temperatures will remain on the mild
side with freezing levels +-4000’. Precip totals by
Wednesday 4pm = +-.5 swe 2-5” of snow
Rain Event: A strong warm front enters
the scene late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Freezing levels
will push +6000’ by mid-day Thursday. The precip will start out as heavy snow
than transition to rain during the day on Thursdays. It is still a bit
far out to dial in the exact timing of the rain but most model agree on this
probability. Winds are not a big player with this storm.
The rain will shift to intermittent showers on Friday and
Saturday. Freezing levels will remain above pass level into the weekend
with cooler air expected on Sunday.
