4/1/2008 Weather Discussion: High pressure has finally made it here. Not that we should complain, the skiing has be fantastic. Dry sunny weather should continue for most of the week. Long-term models show dry weather with warming temps prevailing through the weekend. Spring perhaps? Forecast from Tuesday 4pm to Wednesday 4am Precipitation 0 in. Water 0 in. Snow Temperatures Low 16 High 34 Winds 0-5 N Forecast for Wednesday 4am to 4pm Precipitation 0 in. Water 0 in. Snow Temperatures Low 18 High 45 Winds 0-5 NE TRENDS AND TIMING Precipitation: No moisture expected for a while. Freezing levels: Freezing levels will remain on the low end as we hold in a northerly flow pattern. Freezing level will reach 4000’ by tomorrow afternoon. The sun will push surface temps up while night time temps stay low. The overall freezing level trend will be rising as the week progresses. Winds: Light northerly flow will prevail though most of the week with a trend toward NW by the end of the week. jdm
