The Science: A weak high-pressure ridge will pass over the mountains this evening;
this will bring an end to the steady rain.
A strong warm front enters the scene tomorrow pushing freezing levels to
+-10,000’ tomorrow night and Thursday. Another round of rain can be expected on
Thursday.
4-7day Long Range: High pressure begins to build over the PNW on Friday. Cooler temperatures, sunshine and dryer weather
can be anticipated over the weekend.
Nothing on the long-term models suggests snow anytime within the next
7-10 days.
