The Science: There is a warm front approaching the mountains this afternoon with a
cold front in tow. Therefore expect rain
tonight with a possible mixed rain/snow event tomorrow. Gusty westerly winds will accompany tomorrow
cold front to make thing interesting.
High pressure begins to build tomorrow night for a weather pattern change of cool and dry.
4-7day Long Range: Friday and Saturday will be partly
clear and dry. Models have the high-pressure
stalling offshore over the weekend; this may allow a quick moving front to pass
through on Sunday. It is possible to get
a little snow fromt his system. The high-pressure
rebounds on Monday for a cool, dry start to the work week.
