The Science:   The source of tomorrow’s clouds and light precipitation is a weak low pressure trough pushing up and over the high pressure system parked off of the PNW coast.   A cool pocket of air is coming along for the ride which will temporarily drop freezing levels to 3500’.

The high pressure ridge rebounds tomorrow night for another stretch of dry and mostly clear weather.   Cooler ENE flow develops over the weekend which will allow for some cool crisp mornings.  Long range models begin to disagree on the details of the warm front moving in on Tuesday; likely a few inches of mixed rain and snow.

No signs of any major snow events are appearing in the long range outlook.
